Oh, by the way, your seller now tells you there is another offer. You really want this apartment and you can have it at this great price if you act now. The seller can't wait for your solicitor to check all titles, planning permission etc. Do you pay or do you wait? You have spent the money on the flight, he seems a decent person. If you go ahead quickly, you will save some money on legal costs. You go ahead & take a chance.
MR B : You have seen a great apartment on one of the Worldwide Group websites. Nice apartment, nice photos, perhaps a video for you to download. That helps you decide you are definitely interested. You have an initial chat with the owner (via email or telephone) then you contact us. Everyone thinks that they are not Mr A, and never would act like Mr A. In reality, people do.
