We give you advice on how to best sell your property.  We present your property to the world. If we think your photos aren't good enough we will tell you. If we think your price is unrealistic we will tell you. If clients are visiting your site but not enquiring, chances are your photos are wrong or worse still your price is far too high!

Have they got the experience, and are they actually helping you buy or sell, or are they simply charging a fee for placing an advert on their site? 

 

Now, placing an advert is absolutely a must as long as it reaches all potential clients, be they Russian or American, Irish or Spanish. We provide this service as standard. In fact this is one of the reasons we have a network of over 350 sites all owned and operated by Worldwide Group.

 

 

If a potential buyer sees an advert for a property what is their next step?

Call the owner? Really? Won't they worry that everything the seller tells them may not be accurate? After all the seller is selling it and it is their investment, so of course they are going to tell everyone about the beautiful beach and the great investment potential.

 

Can the Worldwide Goup provide this? Yes, we can. (Now, where have we heard that phrase before?) Our solicitors will do checks for buyers on title and planning permission, providing legal documents to back this up. But the solicitor is only part of the back-up service we can provide. Solicitors, bank managers and financial advisors are all there to advise. But they haven't professionally bought and sold overseas property. Our experienced team can add value for example by providing inspection reports on properties, organising valuations, giving buyers confidence that descriptions are accurate.

 

We have dealt with everything from off-plan apartments in Bulgaria to luxury homes on the Red Sea coast in Egypt. We have had projects which ended up being delayed for years, to projects which completed ahead of schedule. We have dealt with lots of solicitors (some excellent, some not so good) builders, architects, sales people and management companies. We have managed brilliant properties and not so great properties.
